Julian Kramer is a translator between the tech, creative and business worlds. As Chief Experience Ambassador at Adobe EMEA, he inspires and works with C-Levels on Customer Experience, Artificial Intelligence, and Corporate Innovation Cultures. In addition, he serves as a board member for digitization at Education Y, an NGO dedicated to the further development of the education system. Previously, Kramer gained more than 13 years of marketing experience. At Google, he developed and was responsible for EMEA-wide external Executive Education Programs in customer-centric marketing and the establishment of the in-house consultancy “The Zoo” in DACH and was also a keynote speaker on corporate innovation cultures, pretotyping and content marketing. For “The Zoo”, he built the Black Ops Inspiration team to develop strategies and prototypes for Google’s largest clients and drive marketing transformation.
Prior to his career at Google, he was head of film for Mercedes-Benz TV, lectured at the Munich University of Applied Sciences, founded a content marketing start-up, photographed for magazines and worked as editor-in-chief for a winter sports magazine. He holds a B.A. in film direction and an MBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership / Steinbeis.
