Tanja Rötger joined McDonald’s Germany in 2012 from the biopharmaceutical company Bristol-Myers Squibb. In addition to the company’s political positioning vis-à-vis stakeholders, she has played a key role in numerous trust-projects such as the “Better M Store” sustainability experiment and the “#MehralseinHashtag” diversity campaign. Since September 2020, Tanja Rötger has been responsible for ongoing communications activities as Department Head Corporate Affairs, with a focus on sustainability communications and public affairs.
